Though you are entitled to your opinion, I do see that the original price did change, but it was because of changes that were made to your policy (adding a vehicle and the removal of Drive Safe & Save). Which we emailed you 3 reminders about so that your discount would continue. I know we don’t always get everything right. But this is not that. "
