I have a dedicated customer care team whose primary focus is providing support and guidance through the claims process, and they handle those conversations on a daily basis. It’s also important to note that our office does not provide repair estimates, as those are typically handled directly by body shops. With that in mind, it’s possible there may have been some confusion, or that the interaction occurred with another office or a repair facility.
